Holistic Nutritionist Serving Vancouver & Surrey, BC | Virtual Support Across Canada & the US
Ever feel tired, foggy, dizzy, or like you’re running on caffeine… even though your labs look “normal”?
I help women go from dismissed, depleted, and confused by their symptoms to clear, supported, and energized.
I’m Alysha Breanne, a Fatigue & Low Iron Nutritionist helping women connect the dots between fatigue, low iron, digestion, stress, sleep, and labs that don’t tell the whole story.

If your body keeps sending signals, it’s worth listening
Maybe you’ve been told everything looks fine. Maybe you’ve tried eating better, taking supplements, or pushing through with coffee and willpower.
But you still don’t feel like yourself.
🥱 Constant Exhaustion
You sleep, rest, and try to “do less”… but still feel wiped out, unrefreshed, or stuck in a wired-but-tired pattern that makes it hard to fully settle.
🤢 Digestive Discomfort
Bloating, heaviness after meals, food sensitivities, or the feeling that your digestion is slowing everything down.
Lightheadedness, Dizziness, Headaches or Feeling Cold
You stand up and feel woozy, deal with nagging headaches, or find yourself always reaching for another sweater.
💇♀️ Hair Shedding and Thinning
You’re noticing more hair in the shower, on your brush, or your ponytail feels smaller.
💭 Brain Fog and Low Mood
Your focus is off, your memory feels fuzzy, and simple tasks take more effort than they should.
🍫 Cravings and Energy Crashes
You do your best all day, then find yourself searching the kitchen at night like it owes you answers.
If even one of these feels familiar, your symptoms deserve to be taken seriously.
I believe women’s symptoms matter before they become a crisis. Too often, women are told their symptoms are “just stress,” anxiety, hormones, or part of getting older, when their body may be asking for deeper support.
You deserve to be listened to before things are “bad enough” to be taken seriously.
I know what it’s like to feel dismissed by the system and disconnected from your own body
As a Holistic Nutritionist based in Surrey, BC, serving Vancouver-area clients and women virtually across Canada and the US, my approach is shaped by lived experience.
Before this became my work, it was personal.
I spent over 20 years dealing with symptoms that didn’t make sense: gut dysfunction, chronic stress, disrupted sleep, pain, inflammation, and low iron patterns that left me feeling exhausted, confused, and not like myself.
That experience shaped the way I support women now: with curiosity, compassion, and practical steps that do not dismiss what your body is trying to tell you.
I’m not here to hand you a generic meal plan or tell you to try harder. I’m here to help you slow down, connect the dots, and understand what your body may be asking for with practical steps that fit your actual life.

“Normal” labs don’t always explain how you feel
Many women come to me after months, sometimes years, of being told their bloodwork looks fine. That their tiredness is stress. That their headaches are tension. That they just need more sleep, more willpower, or less to worry about.
But fatigue, dizziness, hair shedding, brain fog, cravings, sleep disruption, and digestive issues rarely have just one cause.
Low iron or ferritin can be part of the picture. So can nutrient absorption, digestion, stress patterns, sleep quality, and the everyday habits that are either supporting your body or quietly draining it.
As a Holistic Nutritionist serving Vancouver, Surrey, White Rock, and clients virtually across Canada and the US, I look at the full picture, not just one marker, so you can take practical steps forward with more clarity and less guesswork.
This is where personalized nutrition support can help you stop guessing, connect the dots, and start seeing a clearer path forward.
Meet The Calm & Clear Method

The Calm & Clear Method is my signature 3-month 1:1 online nutrition counselling program for women who are tired of managing symptoms without understanding them.
Using my 4R Framework, we look at what your body may be asking for, from iron and nutrient absorption to digestion, stress, sleep patterns, and daily habits, and build a plan that’s realistic for your life.
No random supplement stacks.
No generic “eat more spinach” advice.
No pushing through and hoping it gets better.
Just a clear, supportive process that looks at the whole picture and keeps you at the centre of it.
So you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and support instead of trying to piece everything together on your own.

Start with the free Iron & Energy QuickStart Kit

If you’re exhausted, foggy, or constantly wondering why your iron levels still feel confusing, this is a gentle place to start.
It gives you a clearer starting point before you buy another random supplement, overhaul your diet, or keep trying to figure it all out alone.
The free Iron & Energy QuickStart Kit includes:
• a food-first iron support guide
• a 7-day iron-supportive meal plan
• recipes and a shopping list
• a plant-based option
• a simple sleep + energy support checklist
It walks you through simple ways to support iron intake, improve absorption, build meals that support steadier energy, and notice sleep patterns that may be affecting how restored you feel, without overwhelm, extremes, or more nutrition guesswork.
By the end, you’ll have a clearer starting point for supporting iron, energy, meals, and daily routines in a way that feels realistic, so you can stop guessing and start taking simple next steps that actually make sense.
Ready for deeper support? The Calm & Clear Method is my 3-month 1:1 program for women who want more than general tips. They want a clear, personalized plan to understand their symptoms, support their energy, and move forward with more confidence.
